Mantra Singing and Vocal Sound Meditation
Sounds have a very deep impact on our physical and mental health. Many indigenous cultures have carried this knowledge for centuries and continue to use sound medicine as an integral part of their healing practices.

Mantras are chants with easy tunes and lyrics, frequently repeated. Through singing mantras and vocal sound meditation we soothe our restless mind, bring balance to our body-mind-spirit and become centred. We experience the power of our voices and connecting directly with our soul.

Classes are free. No singing experience is required. The idea is to find in your own voice a tool for well-being and self-healing.
